Refund policy

As all items are made to order, we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges unless there is a defect or error with the product. In this case we will provide a replacement in the quickest way possible. Refunds will only be provided should we be unable to replace the product with the same item.

Should you be unhappy with any item, please get it touch with us within 48 hours of receipt in order for us to rectify the issues as quickly as possible. We will be liable for any shipping costs incurred when replacing a faulty product, but not any customs charges incurred.
